Production Chemicals

Inhibited Triethylene Glycol (TEG) for Dehydration Units

TEG Dehy Units remove water vapor from natural gas streams and dehydrate natural gas streams to comply with pipeline specifications. This application prevents hydrate formation and corrosion complications.

Inhibited Ethylene Glycol 50/50

CHEMWAY's IEG 50/50 is commonly applied in water bath heaters to prevent physical damage of separator units in the event of pilot light, burner, or fuel system failure. IEG 50/50 is ethylene glycol blended 50/50 with deionized water. Custom corrosion inhibitors are added to prolong the life of the heaters.

Corrosion Inhibitors

CHEMWAY corrosion inhibitors control corrosion in oil and gas production, flow lines, pipelines, surface equipment, and water disposal and injection systems.

Scale Inhibitors

CHEMWAY scale inhibitors stop the formation of mineral scale from developing in produced waters.

Gas Hydrate Inhibitors

CHEMWAY gas hydrate inhibitors provide freeze protection at well sites. Gas hydrates are soluble polymers that effectively inhibit hydrates in the water phase. The usage of gas hydrate inhibitors is significantly less than conventional methanol based

Salt Inhibitors

CHEMWAY salt inhibitors keep salt in solution to prevent build-up which creates blockage.

Emulsion Breakers

CHEMWAY emulsion breakers are used to filter backwash aids, solids wetting, and hydrocarbon removal from solids like iron sulfide.

Hydrogen Sulfide Control

CHEMWAY hydrogen sulfide control products prevent operational problems caused by hydrogen sulfide. Hydrogen sulfide causes severe corrosion and fouling, and injection well plugging with iron sulfides.

Paraffin Control Additives

CHEMWAY paraffin control additives stop build-up of paraffin crystals. Paraffin crystal buildup will inhibit flow and well operation.

Iron Control Agents

CHEMWAY iron control additives sequester iron, preventing iron precipitate from forming. Iron precipitate restricts/plugs producing reservoirs.

Foaming Agents

CHEMWAY foaming agents allow water to convert to foam for proper gas extraction at well locations.
